18.00 Shanty Singers
The choir was founded in 1970 and, thus, has been active for 55 years. In order to stay in existence, the choir wishes for new male singers to join. No limits, the main thing is to enjoy singing. Contacts can be found on the choir’s website (Shanty Singers i Åbo), and it practices on Wednesdays at 16.30–17.30 in Gallerisalen/ Svenska Gården.

20.00 Vallis Gratiae Ensemble
Vallis Gratiae Ensemble was founded byt Katja Kolehmainen and Alan MacDonald in May 2023. The ensemble consists of musician from Turku Philharmonic Orchestra as well as other skillfull musicians in the Naantali/Turku area. Vallis Gratiae performs light classical and popular music, with the focus in entertainment.
Our repertoire includes classical pieces by Bach, Telemann, Purcell, Shostakovich, Zipoli, Rachmaninov and Grieg. Film music by John Williams, Gregson-Williams, Mancini and Morricone.
20.30 Vysotski Ensemble: (Choreography and dance – Evgeny Kostyukov & Marjan Raar. Music and singing – Mihail Ionin & Petri Rajala)
21.15 Katyayani
Katyayani Jazzcombo performs on the Night of the Arts in Sibelius Museum at 21.15, performing Katyayani’s (Catarina Johansson) own compositions and visual art. Traditional jazz is also included. The music and the art could be described as deep, meditative and thought provoking for all senses.
The ensemble is formed by Johan Ölander, Pasi Lyysaari, Jaakko Martikainen, Adrian Heiskanen, Catarina (Katyayani) Johansson.
